SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (SAIC, formerly Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation) is a Chinese state-owned automotive design and manufacturing company headquartered in Shanghai, with multinational operations. A Fortune Global 100 company and one of the "Big Four" state-owned Chinese automakers the company had the largest production volume of any Chinese automaker in 2019, making more than 6 million vehicles. In 2019, SAIC Motor achieved sales of 6.238 million vehicles, keeping itself a leader in the Chinese auto market. It sold 185,000 new energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 30.4 percent, and continued to maintain relatively rapid growth. It sold 350,000 vehicles in exports and overseas sales, a year-on-year increase of 26.5 percent, ranking first among domestic automobile groups. With a consolidated sales revenue of $122.0714 billion, SAIC Motor took the 52nd place on the 2020 Fortune Global 500 list, ranking 7th among all auto makers on the list. It has been included in the top 100 list for seven consecutive years.
In November 2020, SAIC open his company in France as MG MOTOR FRANCE. For this creative company we are looking for a new After-Sales Field Coordinator for Region East (Champagne - Ardennes, Bourgogne, Alsace, Lorraine, Franche-Comté).

Poste

The candidate will report directly to MG Motor France After-Sales Manager. He/she coordinates the deployment of the company's After Sales strategy, with the objectives of customer satisfaction, and the development of the brand's business. He/she also coordinates the Parts and Service activity.
Under the direction of the After-Sales Manager, he/she carries out his/her missions in the geographical area assigned to him/her, in collaboration with the Country Manager and the relevant departments of the company.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- New dealer launching:
1. In collaboration with Network Department and with the various departments concerned of the company, he/she coordinates the good start of activity of the new Distributors/Repairers.
2. In coordination with the Country Manager, he/she ensures the launch on site (presentation of the Brand and range, presentation of the Brand's processes, presentation of the different tools, registration of employees in the various training modules, action plans).
3. He/she provides post-launch follow-up.
- Manage A/S performances, control and support accomplishment of the tasks and targets assigned to After Sales Field Coordinator (warranty, parts & accessories, customer satisfaction,)
- Coordinate activities of A/S of his area in cooperation with the Country Manager;
- Forecast dealers After-Sales performance and set targets for dealers;
- Manage the customer complaints of his area, in cooperation with the relevant dpt of MG Motor;
- Relay to dealer technical tips/updates;
- Participates in the construction of the technical and service training offer (training needs of the network, effectiveness of the modules offered, ...);
- Implement MG’s After-Sales Standards in the network;
- Support the implementation of After-Sales projects in the dealer network
- Control dealer loyalty to MG MOTOR genuine products;
- Coordinate and support the team-work with other departments in order to achieve After-Sales department and company objectives & targets;
- Accomplishing other tasks as assigned by AS Manager/Director

Profil

An automotive professional, experienced in automotive industry, with positive experience in a similar position and having already worked in the France.

Professional Requirements:
- Further education of engineer school, Master or Degree.
- Significant experience of minimum 3 years’ experience as the Filed Force Leader in automotive company, after-sales experience is necessary.
- Experience in other functions (Sales, Marketing) is a plus.
- Fluent business English will be required as management’s day-to-day working language.

REMUNERATION:
- Motivating salary for suitable candidate, comprising a fixed salary + annual variable bonus 10% (on target) + company car + fuel allowance.

PLACE OF WORK:
- Home-office. Travelling required (approx. 70% of working time).
